How is the price calculated?
Premium is ₹499 per staff member, per year, excluding GST — you only pay for staff you've turned on selfie+GPS verification for. Multi-location is a flat ₹3,999/year covering up to 30 staff across every business under your login, which is usually cheaper for a business running several branches together.
How do I start, and how do I pay?
Download the app and set up your business — there is nothing to buy inside the app, and no card is asked for. When you want Premium or Multi-location for your team, contact us and we raise a GST invoice against your business.
What happens if I add or remove staff mid-year?
On Premium, a staff member added mid-cycle is invoiced pro-rata for the remaining months. Removing a staff member doesn't refund the year but frees up that seat for a replacement hire at no extra cost.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Always, on every plan — including after cancellation or a lapsed subscription. Your attendance and payroll history are never held hostage; export to CSV any time from Settings.
Do prices include GST?
Listed prices are exclusive of GST, which is added to your invoice per applicable Indian tax rules. You'll get a GST invoice for every payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and net banking, paid against the GST invoice we raise. Multi-location plans can also be invoiced against a business PAN/GST for annual payment.
