Delete your HRintel account
You can delete your account and personal data whether or not you still have the app installed. This page explains exactly what happens and how long it takes.
Option 1 — delete from inside the app (fastest)
Open HRintel → Settings → Delete account → confirm with an OTP sent to your registered number. Your account and data enter the 7-day deletion queue immediately (see below).

Tap Delete account at the bottom

Option 2 — request deletion from this page (no app needed)
Lost access to the app, or your phone? Submit a request here with your registered phone number and we'll verify and process it manually within 7 working days.
Request received
We'll verify your identity by phone and process deletion within 7 working days. You'll get a confirmation SMS once it's done.
What happens when you delete your account
Deletion takes up to 7 working days to complete, to give you a window to cancel the request if it wasn't you (we'll confirm by SMS to your registered number before finalising).
- Deleted permanently
Your profile, login credentials, selfies/reference photos, saved location history, and access to the app.
- If you're a business Owner
All staff records, attendance history and payroll data tied to your business are deleted along with your account, unless a staff member's data is independently retained under their own account.
- If you're a staff member
Your personal profile and login are deleted. Attendance and payslip records already generated may be retained by the business Owner's account for their own accounting/labour-law recordkeeping, as is standard for employment records.
- Retained briefly where legally required
Limited billing/transaction records may be retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law, then deleted.
